About payment methods

You can use VISA/Mastercard/American Express/JCB credit cards. The breakdown of the total payment is "product price (tax included) + shipping fee". Payments can only be made in one lump sum. If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your credit card company to make the change.

・Bank transfer Please pay the bank transfer fee at your own expense.

About product delivery

・Products from delivery companies will be delivered by Yamato Express.

・Delivery time Although it varies depending on the delivery area, we usually ship within 3 to 7 days after the contract is established and the order is completed.

  • *Due to periods when shipping operations cannot be performed, such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays, or due to bad weather, we may not be able to deliver within the above delivery days, or we may not be able to meet your requested delivery date and time. Thank you for your understanding.

・About handling when the customer is absent If the customer is absent, the delivery company will notify you of your absence. Please adjust your desired delivery date and receive the product during the redelivery period. If we are unable to contact you using the contact information provided in the notification of absence, or if the address is incorrect, the item will be automatically returned to us.

・If the product does not arrive If the product does not arrive within 14 days of your order, or if it does not arrive on the specified delivery date, please contact us via Contact.

About returns and exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for product defects or incorrect delivery.
