I want to return or exchange a purchased item
Please note that we cannot accept returns of purchased items. We will exchange the item for the same item only if the item is defective. If we do not have stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
I want to change, add, or cancel ordered items
Please note that we cannot accept changes, additions, or cancellations after the order is confirmed.

We do not accept requests for delivery dates and times for ordered products. Please note.

Please note that we cannot accept changes to the payment method after your order has been confirmed.
I did not receive an order confirmation email
If you do not receive an email, there may be the following reasons:
(1) Your email system may automatically treat this email as spam. Please check your spam folder. (2) If you are using an anti-spam email function, your settings may be set so that you cannot receive emails. The domain of the email we send is "@saborami.jp". Order confirmation emails and newsletters will also be sent from the above domain, so please allow the above domain to receive emails. (3) The registered email address may be incorrect. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know your correct email address in the inquiry form.
I would like to request gift wrapping
Please note that we cannot provide gift wrapping services.
Cooling-off is a law that applies to door-to-door sales and telemarketing. Please note that this does not apply to mail order sales.
About delivery
Can I specify a delivery company?
Delivery of products is outsourced to Yamato Express. Please note that the delivery company cannot be specified by the customer.
How much is the shipping cost?

How long will it take for the product to arrive after I place an order?

I want to send to multiple destinations
Each order can only be delivered to one address.
I haven't received my ordered product
If you have not received your item even after 14 days have passed after receiving the "Shipping Notification" email, please contact us via Contact .
I received a different product/quantity than what I ordered.

The delivery company's storage period has expired.
Once a product is returned, it will be automatically canceled and we will not be able to reship it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please order the desired product again.

I want to make a purchase without registering an account (guest purchase)
You can place orders as a guest without registering an account. By registering for an account, you can make future orders even smoother, save personal information and shipping information, and check your order history.

I want to save frequently sent destinations
You can add a delivery address by logging into your account and clicking "Add address".
I want to change my email address and password
You can only change your address, name, and phone number on the My Account page; you cannot change your email address or password.
